Honey is viscous liquid. There will be stringy phenomenon under normal temperatures during packaging, making it difficult to seal the package. Therefore, we heat the honey to about 60 degrees. Under this temperature, the stringy phenomenon will be avoided and allow for a more manageable sealing operation.
